I looked up
Into inky blackness
Thinking of the sky you see
Where you are.

Is it the same?

I picked out
a tiny pinprick of light
Closed my eyes
And made a forlorn wish.

Did you see it?

Did you see my message
On the curtain of the night,
Feel my wish
In your heart?

Do you see our star?

It sees you.
And me.

Its light leads you to me.
